Dr. Goodall is a retired head teacher of a large comprehensive school. In North East Hampshire. He has degrees from 4 UK universities.

He started giving talks during lockdown and he prides himself on focusing on the human side of the scientific stories he tells

His presentation is on Alex Jefferys and the invention of DNA finger printing. Dr Goodall will describe how a case of double rape and murder in a Leicester village was the first crime solved by DNA, There will be a explanation of how the process works.

Other interesting stories will be on Richard 1 and how a DNA sample from Prince Phillip was connected to Nicholas of Russian Royal family.
