Penelope is a Valuer and Auctioneer.  She is also a Fellow and Diamond Graduate of the Gemological Association of Great Britain. Penelope will talk about how an object is priced for auction and  the difference the history of an object can make to its value. .If there is time after her presentation,  Penelope will be happy to  give a value to any object members  bring in.
