Sohail spent 6 years searching the lives of his parents and grandparents.

He will talk about  the amazing of his German Jewish mother and his Muslim father and how their own and their parents lives were impacted by horrendous events of the 20^th  Century. Most notably fhe Holocaust and the partition of India.

It is an unbelievable tale that spans continents and cultures exposing the horrific consequence of war and violent extremism and the struggles  faced by refugees and immigrants which are still relevant today. It is a testament of  how love and the human  spirit can overcome  and adversity.
