Stubbington U3A are committed to complying with data protection law and following good practice with regards to personal information.

There are Guidelines for collecting and using Emergency Contact details which all new members will be asked to provide, and all existing members will be asked for during membership renewals next year. Policy statements and Guidelines can be downloaded using the links on this page.

All new members are asked to provide Emergency Contact details when they join (and when they renew membership). How we collect, store and use this personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy and GDPR Guidelines
